About Nora Chambers – founder of the Association


Nora Chambers is a highly respected education management professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. She has held numerous positions in the education sector, including as a teacher, principal, and director of curriculum and instruction.

Nora began her career as a teacher in an elementary school in her hometown of Chicago. She quickly rose through the ranks to become a principal at the same school. During her tenure as principal, Nora was instrumental in developing innovative programs that improved student achievement and increased parental involvement. She also worked closely with teachers to ensure that they had the resources and support they needed to be successful.

In addition to her work as a principal, Nora also served as director of curriculum and instruction for several school districts across Illinois. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of curriculum development and implementation, from designing lesson plans to evaluating student performance. Her leadership skills were invaluable during this time, as she was able to bring together diverse stakeholders within each district to create effective learning environments for students.

Throughout her career, Nora has been recognized for her dedication to improving educational outcomes for students.
